Welcome to Clifton Cooks. I was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease in 2013 and quickly discovered all cooking websites were difficult to navigate. Every site was filled with unimportant backstories, unnecessary popups, and ads that covered the site. I would have to scroll for hours to reach the recipe. I set off to create a website with quick to find, easy to cook, delicious gluten-free recipes that you can easily read on a phone while you cook. Buon Appetito!
